They show you the calories in all their food. It kinda makes you want to leave because McDonalds is healthier.

They take so damn long to bring good and I am still waiting for a refill...
Food horrible. Service is slow. Was refused cause not enough waitstaff once. That was it no more. Three strikes your out. Really? This place needs a manager over 18.
Slow service. No enthusiasm. You're better off going to one of the many Chinese restaurants around, maybe even Arby's .
Takes way too long for food. If you have a hungry child...beware...that doesn't make them any quicker. Homemade flavored iced teas suck too.
Try the Asiago Peppercorn Sirloin - Delicious, and served with White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes. Can't get enough of this sirloin.
Service is pretty horrible. I usually give places the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe it was crowded when the other reviewers came or something, but it was not crowded, and the service was awful.
Manager refused to honar a coupon when showing the email on my phone, never been a problem at other ruby tuesdays.....
