The staff was friendly and helpful. The questions we had were addressed as quickly as possible.
RTO was a very friendly and pleasant place to get a car. They took care of A COUPLE things that ended up to be issues that would have been very inconvenient as well as expensive. I am now in a very nice dependable car. The process was an especially simple and literaly I was drivig home with a car that I felt safe and secure with my child riding in. So far so good. They were very patient with me on making sure my money was right before getting into the truck I wanted. I probably came and gone about 4 times today. They also had no problems letting me bring a mechanic to check it out. Really good customer service!
