When they say, if you have issues with payments they will take the car back no questions asked and if they still have it when you're able to catch up you will get it back is a HUGE LIE! Also, payments are outrageous! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We’ve been with RTO for 3 years now. Last week, during all the storms we had in the area, a tree limb crushed our minivan. It ended up being totaled, and although we owed more than it was worth, our gap coverage saved us. However, it left us completely without a vehicle and scrambling to come up with money for the down payment on another one. Was sold an absolute lemon. Was told it had no issues other than the rust which Is ok. Had to replace trans fluid dipstick, spark plugs (wouldn’t be a big deal if it wasn’t a triton), & now front wheel bearings are gone causing extremely rapid loss of tire tread so I guess I’m out that too. & now after saying they’d work with us on payment (because i can’t afford to put $300 a week into keeping the truck running) they came and repo’d it. bought a truck it broke down less than 24 hrs put in their shop said to much to fix gave us money back wouldnt put us in anything else said didnt wanna bussiness with us

Well... didn’t even have my car for 2 months and this is the 2nd time it broke down! Called them to see if warranty would cover... AMANDA.. at office was so very rude and said” it’s all on you... No warranty and basically told me where to go!!! And this is after I have been trying to get someone to talk for 2 days! Seems like they just wanted cars out the door and screw the customer!!! Very rude!!! She didn’t want anything to do to help me! So! Think about it if you buy here... very rude and don’t care about the customer!

My mother and I went here to looking for a car. We were outside standing in the cold and nobody was coming out to greet us or to give us more information. I walked into the building and the man that was in there just said “ do you know the qualifications?” I said no, he then handed me a piece of paper and that was it. Never came outside to see if we needed help had any questions nothing. It was very unprofessional and rude. I don’t see how they could sell any cars if people are treated that way.
