Was scheduled for a cleaning on a unit that was only 1 1/2 years old. Arrived at 10am left at 7pm for a cleaning. WOW. The technician could not get my unit to run. Was told I needed a pump and put it in and noticed that it was not the problem. They said that pumps don't last and not surprised it went and then after all the hours they figured nothing was wrong with my pump.
