I lived at a RPM/Roscoe run property in San Antonio for 9 years and 1 month. My lease end date was 9/28 however, I surrendered my keys on 9/23. I provided more than 60 days notice. My deposit was $650. The only deduction to be taken out of the deposit was $109.75 for water/sewage/drainage. Per Texas state law I was to receive the refund on or before the 30th day. Terrible absolutely horrible leasing agents and customer service. I enjoyed my Home until this company took over. Misty is unprofessional and does not know her role!

Wow I thought Arboretum South Mountain went to crap before when Maverick took over. Well now that Roscoe property management took over it's the most unethical, unprofessional property management company I have heard of. First off the property Manager Liza finds it okay to enter residents property illegally with no prior notice besides knocking on the door once not even giving you the time to answer it.
