I have been living under RPM since November 2024. The issues I have encountered since moving in have been numerous, and have significantly impacted my quality of life. Its spring in ***** and its been a month since my AC worked. The team here got rid of the old maintenance team to help meet their diversify goals but now nothing works Amazjng But at least the manager gets to flirt with guests and make them feel uncomfortable They made Hunter plaza rhe projects

If your apartment complex ever gets bought out by these people, run far away. They have extremely predatorial practices. With that said, I will not be renewing with these people once my lease is over. I can only imagine what the seniors in my community who are on a fixed income are going through having to deal with these outrageous, inexplicable and predatorial charges! Not only did they hit me with outrageous move-out charges, but I had to live in a *****-infested unit for months. Despite endless emails and calls, nothing was done. I have been living at **************** Apartments for 2 years. The first year we almost got flooded in our apartment and then there was a fire with our water heater. Now we our having refrigerator issues they brought refrigerators with roaches and they are not getting cold enough to keep our food from spoiling. When the maintenance came in the fridge was bursting out roaches. Now I have a ***** problem and they are only going to keep replacing appliances out of ***** infested units.
