Reality stars Bill and Giuliana Rancic teamed up with chef Doug Psaltis and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You and created the concept for RPM. Combining their initials and various talents, the group created a menu featuring modern Italian cuisine. The menu runs the gamut serving Venetian style starters like fried olives, provolone stuffed peppers and chicken liver crostini. We visited RPM, for our 1st Wedding Anniversary. We enjoyed appetizers, cocktails, dinner & dessert. The service was outstanding, and everything came out on time, & cooked perfection. We definitely will be back!
Andre was awesome and gave us a great dining experience for our first time there.

Generous pours of wine, excellent Sauvignon Blanc. Wait staff attentive but not intrusive. Loved the meatballs appetizer and rice balls appetizer. 4 large meatballs and 4 lightly breaded rice balls. We followed that with pasta small plates. More than enough for 2. If you're in the Chicago area it's a must go on your restaurant list.
