Reality stars Bill and Giuliana Rancic teamed up with chef Doug Psaltis and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You and created the concept for RPM. Combining their initials and various talents, the group created a menu featuring modern Italian cuisine. The menu runs the gamut serving Venetian style starters like fried olives, provolone stuffed peppers and chicken liver crostini. I was here for a work function in a semi-private room. The room was very warm. Insufficient air movement. Service was great but the overall atmosphere of the restaurant ....too busy for my preference. Guests are crammed in the dining area which is very loud. Food was very flavorful, but I'd prefer more of an intimate setting for my dining experience.
This place is EVERY BIT the special evening and food you hope it will be, and they achieve this without trying so hard that it gets weird. It was effortless and inviting. Do yourself a favor and sample some of their cocktails as well. Staff was both highly knowledgeable and down to earth; personable. Reviewers who complained about the price should note that no fine dining experience is cheap, and for the overall quality of our experience, I found their prices in line with other comparable nearby options.
This was hands-down the best dining experience I have every had! The wait staff were both helpful and knowledgeable. We were truly in awe of the staff as they prepared tables to go from one guest to the next. They executed in such a cohesive and flawless manner it was incredibly impressive. Had the veal chop- all I could taste was the overbearing amount of rosemary. Corn was so-so. All in all not a very good experience for me. I've had much better.
