Reality stars Bill and Giuliana Rancic teamed up with chef Doug Psaltis and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You and created the concept for RPM. Combining their initials and various talents, the group created a menu featuring modern Italian cuisine. The menu runs the gamut serving Venetian style starters like fried olives, provolone stuffed peppers and chicken liver crostini. We loved it. We are Italian and very critical, so I don't say this lightly, but we were absolutely blown away! The food, the service, everything was amazing! The prociutto arancini is making my mouth water just thinking about it. I wish we lived in Chicago, I would become a regular!

Great staff and excellent food. My third time and food just got even better than the last time. I had spicy King Crab squid ink spaghetti and it was just delectable. All of the food that we ordered at our table were magnificent. Love love love love!!!
