After reading the five star reviews for this agency on HomeAdvisor, I was hopeful that I would have a positive experience. On the day of the appraisal, however, I was requested to pay more than the $250 we had agreed upon over the phone. I used RPC appraisal group for my appraisal. When I contacted Randy I had to call him several times and text him before I heard anything back from him. My appraisal customer was $670 which is the highest appraisal cost I have ever paid for. I did not feel like I was an important customer due to the fact this company would not get back to me after multiple voicemail and messages. When doing the appraisal for my home he picked the closes houses to mine even though they did not seem to be a very accurate comparison to my home. ... read more
