Rozina was extremely rude to me today. I walked in without out an appointment on July 4 and I was 5 min away when I checked the website that showed me options to book until 3:30 pm so I knew she was at least open until 3:30 and I walked in at 2:45. I have come for threading several times. I prefer to go with Mnisha or others, because I find that Rozina is squally very rushed and distracted with phone calls, etc. The others are more meticulous and calm. I have done regular tinting and the first couple of times it went well. Then the tints more recently have not lasted the 4 weeks. I decided to try henna tinting instead.
