I had an absolutely unacceptable experience with Royalty Concierge involving an employee named Sandra. During our interaction, Sandra called my wife, who is Black, the N-word. There is no excuse, misunderstanding, or “bad customer service” explanation that makes that acceptable. It was racist, degrading, and completely unprofessional.
I didn't know I needed monthly inspections until Royal Estate told me that they offered that.

They handle rent, yearly reports, and any issues that pop up, and they always keep me informed. They’re incredibly responsive. Lorna, in particular, has been fantastic—definitely ask for her.
