Extremely archaic. No way to pay rent electronically can only risk sending in mail or drive all the way to sweet water. Only one point of contact. No info on how to report maintenance requests, you can text that one point of contact and just be ignored for ever or told it will be reported and nothing is ever resolved. They spring things on you last minute without proper notice. Last management company that owned this building was way better.
