My overall experience was excellent. Sales experience was fantastic! Jim was a very good sales person to work with, would definitely come back for the next vehicle and work with him again!
Really enjoy the dealership. My walk-in inquiry turned out to be a lease on a new vehicle. Mike Schneider had helped us previously with a purchase on a Flex in 2009 so we checked in with him again. Anthony, his assistant, was great! After Anthony and Ford gave me all the "needs to know" and the follow-up was offered as well as an "anytime" offer.
Jessica was very helpful. Helped us decide which pet was best for our family. Very friendly and put the kit together for us. She made it easy! Someone tried to buy the rabbit that we wanted, but she held it for us. Made our day.
Second time working with Willie Parker and he completely met my requests and requirements.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very good food. Really good food with lots of choices. Good wine list. Convenient location with plenty of parking nearby.
