My 80 year old mother in law bought a brand new Fusion from this dealership a year ago and recently had a flat on one of her Michelin tires. Shocking that the service guy offered to plug it for her at a cost of $20, or order her a new tire at a cost of $250! She probably paid the full commision on this vehicle (she's too sweet to talk the guy off of the purchase price), and this car only has about 2000 miles on it.
