If it takes flying across country to have something done (especially fixing the earlier messes, then so be it). I study up on a doctor and watch their reviews and talk to people even years before I see them. OK, this is my first online review, and it took flat out great customer service to get me to do this. I've used Walt's for a few years now, and the guy continues to impress and surprise me. He's very knowledgeable, and as honest as the day is long! He's had many opportunities to "up-sell" us, and has always stayed true.
