Bought a 2021 Chevy trailblazer. Had it maybe 40 days then light came on saying Engine Power Reduced. They did oh sorry there is no warranty. So I had to take it to a Chevy dealer and paid 850.00. Eric in service said well it passed inspection how when it while driving engine power reduced came on
This was an unbelievable experience. I felt like I stepped into the Twilight Zone 😲. I entered the service door (for a scheduled service appt) and the sign said 🛑 Stay in vehicle, service will be with you. There were several cars lined up behind me in line. I waited over 15 minutes and noticed that parties behind me went inside and were being helped. HUH?!! I get out and go inside and asked if I got it wrong, was I supposed to wait in my vehicle? You are waiting on people who were in line behind me? He mutters and stammers... read more
Franco is the best!! Makes everything super easy. Great dealership.
I will never buy a vehicle from this dealer again. I turned a lease in with 2000 miles left. I was promised a comp, twice! Never happened. Plus, it took 3 and a half hours of waiting to sign for the new car!
