Review from my mom: Astounding service at RO Ford Wednesday, Nov.26th. Phil was my service advisor. My Bronco didn't have heat and I had a long drive ahead for Thanksgiving day. A loner was provided (Justin competed the paperwork quickly). I left my car there for an appointment the following week. But it was ready that day at 5:00! So I had my own car for the drive. Unprecedented service. Phil was thorough and kind. Accolades to RO Ford, my new Ford dealer!!
Actually appears to treat a customer like a customer should be treated. Other dealers treated us horribly and acted like issues with a brand new car was our problem. Definitely will buy cars and use them for service again.
Service department quoted me $1500 to fix the radio in a 2017 Fusion. I told them prior to this that they should try removing and replacing two fuses underneath the steering wheel which they clearly didn’t do. I picked up the car and did it myself and the radio started working again. The service advisor, James was very polite and professional, it was likely some lazy service tech who hates his job and couldn’t get his fat hands up under the dash. Never again. Avoid this dealership.
