I had an excellent experience with Dennis from Royal Oak Ford. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured like I had from other dealerships during my car shopping experience this summer. He and the manager of the dealership were patient and did an excellent job of asking questions and negotiating so we both walked away happy. I will be sure to return at the end of my lease agreement for more opportunities
