I am sure some of the realtors at RP are wonderful people but whatever you do, DO NOT use Eric (Zheren) Xiao. I have never in my life met someone as unprofessional and rude as this man.
I highly recommend you stay away from Eric (Zheren) Xiao. Unethical and unreliable as a realtor. Royal Lepage needs to do a much better job at vetting their realtors before giving them the green light to represent their brand. HORRIBLE!!.
