I brought it to replace the battery, and looking at what he was doing, applying a lot of force, closing and opening the lid many times indicated that he had no idea about what he should do. The watch system failed and I brought it back and again he did some things which did no good. I had to bring the watch to the manufacturer's rep and it cost me a lot to have it fixed. He can barely speak English well, or pretends not to, always mumbling that he fixed it, so it is impossible to communicate properly. Avoid this business.

I dropped a ring off on a Wednesday to be sized. I was told by jeweler that it would be done at the end of that same day. When I went to pick it up, was told it would not be ready until that Saturday. I went back that following Monday and was told it would not be ready until the next day. Each time I went to this jewelers to pick up, there was never any apologies or reasons for the delay- just that "it wasn't ready". This is the second time I've used this jeweler with the same results. I will never use again!
