I sent 2 bracelets into the service department for extensions. They took 5 weeks to add an inch to each item, but my issue is the repair technician replaced both of my vintage clasps without saying anything - with one new clasp featuring a much smaller logo and no engraving, and the other having a very smudged engraving and a deep random misshapen hole near the closure - even though both my original items were tested prior to shipping to be in good working order… so these items no longer match, though that’s obviously a prim... read more

We were Lagos fans before moving to Philadelphia. Now, their flagship store is just a block and a half away - wow. It is a great store with a friendly staff, and the products are wonderful. The ever-changing offerings make every visit a trip of discovery.

Two of my daughters bracelets broke after a year in the same spot terrible cheep Quality I use to lLove Lagos jewelry but it’s not the same anymore, jewelry it’s meant to be worn, not sit in a drawer..
