A couple of months ago I had a bad experience at Lagos. Today I had a very pleasant experience and deleted the negative review. The two ladies working tonight when I picked up my bracelet were so pleasant and treated e with kindness and respect. I have a completely different opinion of this store. It reminded me of why I bought the jewelry I have from there. I’ll definitely go back for more pieces. Thank you ladies.
I was disappointed with my experience due to the salesperson’s behavior. Her approach made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Unfortunately, this interaction negatively impacted my overall impression of the business, and I do not plan to return.
Overpriced and shoddy products. Got some lapel pins here. The backing kept falling off. I brought it back to fix it and showed them an example of how it should be done. They did nothing. Do not recommend this store or its customer service. Beyond mediocre.
I had the worst customer service experience yesterday at this store. I can say that because I also had to have an issue resolved with a bracelet I purchased at Tiffany and Co. Leaving with not only the problem fixed , but also staying a loyal customer and telling people how pleasant it was there. The staff and especially the manager at Lagos were so rude that I will not return to do anything but pick up the bracelet, which are lapis stones on a rubber band that cost $300.00.
