Overpriced and shoddy products. Got some lapel pins here. The backing kept falling off. I brought it back to fix it and showed them an example of how it should be done. They did nothing. Do not recommend this store or its customer service. Beyond mediocre.

I had the worst customer service experience yesterday at this store. I can say that because I also had to have an issue resolved with a bracelet I purchased at Tiffany and Co. Leaving with not only the problem fixed , but also staying a loyal customer and telling people how pleasant it was there. The staff and especially the manager at Lagos were so rude that I will not return to do anything but pick up the bracelet, which are lapis stones on a rubber band that cost $300.00. I bought a multi thousand dollar watch band to celebrate a special occasion. The latch kept malfunctioning and the watch would fall off my wrist. I took it back to the store and the salesperson saw the problem right away. It was sent for repair, took several weeks, returned to me and same thing happened. I asked for a new watch band and 1 week later, still no response. I called, they said they would get back to me. Nothing. I would never shop there again.
