It's been awhile since my last visit since I live out of town, but I had the best experience with Whitney. Not only did she make me feel fabulous, but she put me at ease for my daughters first haircut giving her bangs. It was super cute! Would recommend to anyone!

Takes one bad experience to lose a customer. To sum it up, got there for two haircuts (my son and myself), was told on the phone would be put with someone who understands new styles... Got there, no one seemed super interested in wanting business. Got SAT with someone who didn't give me what I wanted, asked me what he could do to help fix it (already seemed super nervous), I told him, then he argued with me why I should keep it.
