Took a Pilates class. It was my time taking Carol's class. She explained the exercises in detail. She also gave modifications if we needed. I found her to be very encouraging. I'm definitely taking this class again!
Clean and calm. I enjoy the traffic not being too heavy. Classes are fun and energetic. Everyone is so sweet!
Such a welcoming gym; so many classes everything from Aerobics-Zumba.

Clean gym, great childcare with loving workers and plenty of activities for my kids when I'm exercising, the staff are very knowledgeable and accessible, the classes are SO fun and are challenging but if you have to adjust to fit your experience level it's very doable. Haven't tried the pool yet but I'm excited to and to get my kids in to swim lessons!
Today I joined the Training Camp gang for a class of "TRX" led by Carole Howley. This was after a class of Blast led by Carole Howley. The blast class was very challenging as usual; that's why people go there. The trx class was a whole nuther level of challenging. My muscles are still shaking.
