Yoga House is an extension of the Royal Fitness Yoga Community. Our community has been growing for over 15 years, so we created Yoga House to offer our clients even more. We have two studios: the Yoga Room located in Royal Fitness, and the Yoga House across the parking lot from the gym. Combined we maintain over 45 classes, 7 days a week. Great gym experience, but also a wonderful community feel to this place. I moved to the area 5 years ago and been coming here ever since and made so many friends here I can't imagine going anywhere else! The staff and instructors are fun and motivating --coming to the gym is always something I look forward to!

I love the class selection! I really enjoy yoga with Angelique. She is very engaging, mindful and helps with postures when needed. Angel always encourages us to go at our own pace.
I have been a member of this gym since 1999. In 2005, I moved away, tried another gym for a few weeks and quickly knew the travel was worth it to get to Royal Fitness. They are a family owned business that makes its members and employees feel like family, it's clean and well maintained. They are ALWAYS on top of new equipment and exercise options. I absolutely love Royal Fitness- they earn my loyalty every day.
