Great gym experience, but also a wonderful community feel to this place. I moved to the area 5 years ago and been coming here ever since and made so many friends here I can't imagine going anywhere else! The staff and instructors are fun and motivating --coming to the gym is always something I look forward to!

I love the class selection! I really enjoy yoga with Angelique. She is very engaging, mindful and helps with postures when needed. Angel always encourages us to go at our own pace.
I have been a member of this gym since 1999. In 2005, I moved away, tried another gym for a few weeks and quickly knew the travel was worth it to get to Royal Fitness. They are a family owned business that makes its members and employees feel like family, it's clean and well maintained. They are ALWAYS on top of new equipment and exercise options. I absolutely love Royal Fitness- they earn my loyalty every day.
