Yoga House is an extension of the Royal Fitness Yoga Community. Our community has been growing for over 15 years, so we created Yoga House to offer our clients even more. We have two studios: the Yoga Room located in Royal Fitness, and the Yoga House across the parking lot from the gym. Combined we maintain over 45 classes, 7 days a week. I love this gym!!! From the time I walk in the door around 6:30am, i’m Greeted with a smile and a few words as I check in. Camie is always there to help and lend a helping hand.. I bike with the entertaining group upstairs and learn what’s going on in the world.. I train Tuesday & Thursday with the best trainer and person, Carole.. She gets me moving, encourages me to eat clean and really cares about what’s going on in my life.. Wednesday night I attend restorative yoga with Sylvia, she’s also amazing..Donna Mandracchia
Best gym around a great variety of classes clean reasonably priced so happy I joined
