Yoga House is an extension of the Royal Fitness Yoga Community. Our community has been growing for over 15 years, so we created Yoga House to offer our clients even more. We have two studios: the Yoga Room located in Royal Fitness, and the Yoga House across the parking lot from the gym. Combined we maintain over 45 classes, 7 days a week. Royal Fitneas is the best gym in our area! Offers every type of workout from a pool to Training Camp with a great class schedule for anytime of the day. The trainers are top notch and always willing to help! Staff is always cheerful even at 5 AM!!
I’ve been coming to Royal Fitness for years! They’re always making changes to improve the gym and add new things such as the yoga house. I’ve also been training with Rigge and she’s awesome. I’ve gotten a lot stronger in the 2 months I’ve been training with her.
Royal Fitness is a wonderful gym they have great classes in the morning and at night the instructors are fabulous and are always willing to give you pointers during class and after class they give great tips and are always willing to help you reach your fitness goals they have childcare in the morning and in the evening and weekends and me and my daughter love the nutritious Smoothie Bar
Absolutely love this gym! I’ve always felt uncomfortable and just embarrassed when it came to other gyms. But here I’ve felt nothing but welcome since I’ve been here! I could have not found a better gym and people to be around! And the smoothie are amazing!

Love it location is very optimal for me day care services helps so much for night time workouts and the classes are everything I never have a solid plan so when I can come get a class in and hit everything I wanted to without asking I’m a happy camper
Love this place, trainers and staff are super nice and helpful, Always have a smile and say hi. Classes are great love the instructors, some of them I just adore because they really make it fun instead of just work. Very clean facilities which is a must in my opinion. They have everything I look for in a nice gym- clean, reasonable prices, good class selections, steam room, pool. love the app it's easy to register for classes or cancel.
