Yoga House is an extension of the Royal Fitness Yoga Community. Our community has been growing for over 15 years, so we created Yoga House to offer our clients even more. We have two studios: the Yoga Room located in Royal Fitness, and the Yoga House across the parking lot from the gym. Combined we maintain over 45 classes, 7 days a week. I always feel welcome at Royal Fitness! Yoga and other classes are scheduled so I can get to them after work, and there is a large selection of exercise equipment to vary my workouts. Great smoothie bar too!
RF is a great facility. It is clean and well cared for. And the staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and caring.
There are lots of classes to chose from. My friends and I enjoy Carol’s class on Tuesday mornings.
