Yoga House is an extension of the Royal Fitness Yoga Community. Our community has been growing for over 15 years, so we created Yoga House to offer our clients even more. We have two studios: the Yoga Room located in Royal Fitness, and the Yoga House across the parking lot from the gym. Combined we maintain over 45 classes, 7 days a week. My trainer Trish Q. Was great. I had fun being trained by her. All age friendly atmosphere, great equipment, fun classes for all levels. Pool and juice bar great too. It’s fun to go work out.
I love the gym! I adore Emily and her Barre class. She’s amazing!! She explains the moves perfectly without have to look at her. Plus, the shakes are pretty awesome too❤️
Clean, nice employees, friendly owner, state-of-the-art equipment, good variety of classes.
