Yoga House is an extension of the Royal Fitness Yoga Community. Our community has been growing for over 15 years, so we created Yoga House to offer our clients even more. We have two studios: the Yoga Room located in Royal Fitness, and the Yoga House across the parking lot from the gym. Combined we maintain over 45 classes, 7 days a week. Loved the atmosphere and energy! Came for a trial, joined membership the same day! Outdoor spin was a blast but I'll feel it tomorrow. It's been a few months off the bike and the heat adds another degree of difficulty to it!
