The Instructors are wonderful and always willing to help you!! There is one instructor that is AMAZING and that is Carole Howley! She teaches Body Sculpting, Yoga, Pilates, Cycling, Training Camp classes, Body Blast, Aqua classes, and she is a Personal Trainer!! When you first come into the Gym you are greeted by a very friendly receptionist who is Kathy!
Awesome gym! I have been a member for a year now and I cannot express how great both th facility and staff are! So glad that I moved so close to a great gym!
Great place - always clean, classes in am & pm, plenty of equipment to use.

Awesome Gym!! Tons and tons of classes, the instructors are all great! Pool, juice bar, day care and more!! Can't beat price for everything you get.
I joined about 2 months ago. I wanted to get a trainer, do a variety of classes including Spin and Zumba all of which I was paying for separately and combine it into one gym not only to save money but to have everything in one place and it is awesome. I cannot say enough about the instructors and staff. I am considered obese and every instructor will say, do what you can just keep moving, take your breaks etc. all while pushing the limits. The pool is my bonus! Everyone should join and remember HEALTHY is the new SKINNY!!
