Yoga House is an extension of the Royal Fitness Yoga Community. Our community has been growing for over 15 years, so we created Yoga House to offer our clients even more. We have two studios: the Yoga Room located in Royal Fitness, and the Yoga House across the parking lot from the gym. Combined we maintain over 45 classes, 7 days a week. I'm so glad I joined! The staff is so supportive and friendly, and the facilities are clean. I love the classes too!
I love Royal Fitness. The staff is friendly and I don't feel self conscience when I work out. There are a lot of different classes and the instructors are always happy to answer questions.
