Its a very friendly environment and the staff downstairs especially kammy is great.
Just want to say how great the Wednesday and Sat. Yoga class are with Charlotte Her instructions and support during class make it very enjoyable. I have been able to get into poses that I never thought I could just the way she instructs us.Great person and teacher!!
This family owned business has a great facility with amazing classes, instructors, and trainers. On top of all of that, they just called me to personally wish me a happy birthday. Now that's the kind of customer service that's truly unparalleled!
I like several of the smoothies but some flavors I don't like. My only advice is watch the calories - they may be more than you might expect. You might consider getting child size.
