I first found out about Royal Cup Tea at Aria's in Wailuku, Maui, HI. The flavor was amazingly strong and delicious. I hope to never buy Red Rose, Tetley, or Lipton again. We ordered the gallon-size bags online and it's just as delicious at home. Great product!

Customer service is terrible. Website says they're available 24 hours/365. NOT! Call and get answering service. Place an order online, it never arrives. Very disappointed because I liked their coffee.

Am I dreaming or is loyalty no longer rewarded. Been a customer since 2002. Never deviated. Always purchased the gourmet blend shipped to Miami. Today I called to reorder and was told shipping would be $13.50 on a $46.00 order. No letter, no warning, NOTHING. In a day in age where e/ tailing is becoming the way of the world and boutique coffee roasters are springing up everywhere, all I can say is “what are you thinking”. I get 25 pounds of dog food shipped for free and everything else from furniture to clothing to groceries... read more
This is hands down the best coffee ever! Basically, it's the only coffee I can drink without having to pour creamer into! Great Job Royal Cup!

They provided creamer and coffee for the rooms at Country Inn and Suites in Smithfield. I read the front which clearly states non-dairy creamer but upon looking at the back and reading ingredients, the packets contain milk. I am anaphylactic with all dairy, luckily, I read first. Maybe you should think about this packaging and the statements made, they are false and potentially dangerous.
