My serviceman, Steve was so thorough. and extremely helpful in explaining the repairs . He even gave me recommendations that would help cool the house more efficiently. I've used other AC companies in the past but I have now found my go to AC pros I'll be calling on in the future. There was no price gauging and Fairly priced.
Called Sal for appointment and was surprised to get a same day appointment (hottest week in august ) Techs arrived late due to vehicle problems but Sal kept me aware of their progress. Once on site the Techs Steve and his partner quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote for the job. And in no time I had cool air again. Very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He went the extra mile with his service.
The technician was respectful, honest and diagnosed my issue and fixed it temporarily. He told me about things that were wrong and would need work or replacement down the road, after I asked him.
I would highly recommend to my friends and neighbors. While my appointment had to be pushed back 2 hours because the prior job took longer than expected, Sal kept us updated on the delay. The technician was able to diagnosed the problem quickly and the had the replacement part on-hand.
