These guys really know their stuff and their main concern is to ensure the system installed in our house was exactly what we needed. They didn't try to upsell and they were honest about how some features we requested really weren't necessary and would be a waste of our money. Their main goal was to make us happy. I am not happy withe the first visit the gentleman took my information about a previous AC unit check about the leaking and decided to send me two persons for the repair,without checking the unit or the pressure of the gas. The second (repair visit) went very will both gentlemen were great but didn’t need two persons so I hope I didn’t pay for two.I am going to monitor the cooling air and check with them in three months

No you didn't get charged for two people, you where charged for a service call and the refrigerant only .It was determined that you didn't have a leak and the previous service tech installed the wrong refrigerant so we took it out made sure everything was clean then we installed the right refrigerant. Steve arrived as scheduled and very friendly. He asked what issues we were experiencing and began his assessment and troubleshooting. Very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and thinking maybe the issue. Issue was resolved and we are happy with the assessment and work completed. We would recommend Royal Comfort A/C & Heating for your Furnace assessment and repairs.
Sal showed up when he said to give an estimate and was very knowledgeable. His crew Steve and Andrew put in the new AC and heating system in and it works great. When I called to have them come out and troubleshoot the system because the noise level was too high in the house, they came when promised and did a great job! I appreciate that they want to satisfy the customer and get it right. I highly recommend Royal Comfort A/C!
