Great value from small operator.
Professional, ethical, knowledgeable and willing to spend the time to diagnose issues. I am very pleased that I found Royal Comfort, I will be calling them again in the future for AC/ heating needs.
Sal was quick to respond, send an estimate and did the job the day after the estimate was agreed to. My tenants were very happy with the heat the new furnace produced and the entire process was simple and good value for the $. I will use Sal again for future jobs.
Sal was professional, prompt and fair priced. I would highly recommend him and will call him for future HVAC problems.
This was for my rental unit, so time was of the essence. I ordered on Monday, and installation day was Saturday. Sal said it would take 1 to 1 and 1/2 days to install, and it only took 4 hours. My renters and I are very happy.
I must say that working with this company was a pleasurable experience from start to finish. I was promotedly called back and given a rough estimate on the work to be completed. He was very knowledgable about the system that I was using And would recommend to anyone looking to take care of there heating and cooling for the season. Sal came within a few hours to replace a part, then had to come a 2nd time 2 days later to replace another part. But finally got my A/C fixed. I learned some information from him about my a/c unit, he's very thorough, friendly, and courteous. Thank you Sal !!

Satisfied in Riverside..Sal was great to deal with. We will be replacing a part first and then getting a new system from him. He advised us to fix existing A/C first to save money so we can have time to save up for the 'bigger' project. Having this kind of advice is rare these days. We appreciated his honesty and look forward to doing business with him in future. If you need A/C work done call him..he will fix you right up!
