Royal replaced a new AC on July 30 and left the old condenser in the front yard. Sal mentioned they will schedule to pickup the old parts but it was still there as of today's date. Called several times and it looks like no one cared to pick it up. Feeling disappointed in this company.

I'm so sorry that happened May, my scrap guys truck broke down and he couldn't make the scheduled pick up on that day. I didn't know about it till the next day. It was out of my hands.
Very professional. Steven showed up within the time frame given. He diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it in a timely manner. We will use Royal Comfort again.

Great service. They installed a new A/C & furnace. Friendly technicians and good explanation for operation. Owners son came at the end of the job to ensure the job was done right.
Completely satisfied with the installation. Gave a fair quote, showed up on time, finished on time and were respectful of the home. As far as I'm concerned, these guys are the "McGyvers" of AC installation. Working on an older home has many challenges and they were able to solve them all. Also, were very patient with an elderly customer with many question. Would highly recommend.
Wednesday I went on HomeAdvisor looking for someone to check out our non working A/C unit. Royal Comfort A/C & Heating responded immediately and we had our unit fixed and serviced on Friday. Their technician Steve was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely courteous. He defined the problem, told us how much it would be to fix the problem and performed the work to our satisfaction. If we ever decide to replace our old A/C units, I would be very comfortable having Royal Comfort do the job.
