Currently on a cruise we’re 6 of our 8 stops are canceled due to virus but instead of notifying prior to cruising that this may have been a possibility they waited until we’re stuck on the ship and are offering barley any compensation! Also don’t buy a Anything on the ship there prices are ridiculous! And if you ask to price match they treat you like absolute garbage! However I will note the food and beverage staff and also house keeping and security are lonely very kind helpful people!

I love to cruise with Royal Caribbean. You can get many nice perks from being a Crown and Anchor member. But I am disappointed in the way Crown and Anchor handle things now. We use to get hats, tots for personal things and we got a total bag one time with a stuffed animal in it. They don't put that personal touch on things now. We were just on a cruise and we're suppose to get our Lapel pin and robes to use and we didn't. very disappointed. You really need to put that personal touch back into things.
