RecommendedAlways cruised with RC and have an amazing time, every time! Very few complaints over the years but if we do they are typically rectified same day as best as possible. RC does need to revise their C&A program though in my opinion. Don't really get too many added perks going from Platinum to Emerald Status (one extra benefit). Overall, we love cruising and will remain Loyal... Er Royal! 😂 👑 ⚓

We have been on 55 cruises. We love Royal for their treatment of their loyal cruisers, that has made us to keep "LOYAL TO ROYAL"
work your way up to free drinks. The sad part we use to get more in gifts but they have gone very very cheap.
I HAVE TRAVEL WITH ROYAL CARIBBEAN FOR COUPLE OF YEARS AND NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. FOOD EXCELLENT ,ENTERTAINMENT, SHOWS, CLEANING SERVICE, ETC ETC. I AM REALLY VERY HAPPY TRAVELING WITH ROYAL CARIBBEAN.

Love how they send an e-mail saying they will give 125% back for having to cancel our cruise (which I have in writing from the company) then they try and say that “I” cancelled it and received that e-mail in error. Seems to me like an excuse so they don’t have to honor the additional 25%.... I think it’s time I let the media know how they are trying to get out of paying everyone the additional 25% by telling them the same thing.

Terrible experience with this Covid-19. Bad customer service. Never received the reimbursement since they “honored” my cancellation on the phone one day before , hours on hold and nobody came back to talk to me. Apparently RC wants to force you to cruise again with them and in the meantime keep your money... Very frustrating and disappointing!
