RecommendedThis site reminds me why I have never cruised with any other cruise line. Information is given in a concise, timely and caring way. There is an underlying sense of joy.
It is a very well run ship, like the shows and extra activites they provide. Trivia, bridge games ,and man other classes. Oh and lots of fresh sea air and food. They do a good job!
We love RCCL! One Mediterranean cruise, the rest have been in the Caribbean. We have also done one Celebrity cruise, but prefer RCCL. Never had a bad experience yet.
Great people and staff. But your staff are people to and treat them like people instead of slaves. You will notice the difference.

What are you doing for the travelers who booked April cruises with “future credit” from the September hurricane cancellations; future credits you set to expire next month? Rescheduling thru 12/21 like your other “reschedulings?” Looks like you’ve told these patroons too bad, nothing for you. Hope I’m reading the policy wrong. 🙁
So disappointed, but the worst part is that my “future cruise credit “ from the “adjusted “ cruise during the hurricane last September, is expiring and Royal Caribbean is not going to honor it-company wide decision-no exceptions. Bye Bye $1226! Maybe I should rethink my cruise line choice 🤔
