If you like the smell of constant marijuana and excrement you'll love this place. This is the place for you. We are 3 months into an 18 month lease and already having major issues with neighbors that the complex are huffing and puffing words to do something about - but ultimately nothing is happening. Actions are few, words are many. I would not recommend this place unless you're a younger, single, person who doesn't mind late night noise, rancid smells and illegal activity. Not family friendly - look elsewhere.
Is it me or are all the 5 stars from people who have never live in Tennessee let alone the country..guess I'll keep looking..
Do not move here. 3 of the few 5 star rankings posted are from complex staff. Read reviews before you move here. This was a horrible experience.
Royal arms advertise $500 referral fee, but then claim they don't have any information. So can you say false advertisement? The parking lot is tore up and broken to a point that you can't even park in 4 out of like 15 spaces.
The place is horrible. Management is awful. Customer service is the worst. They sell dreams to get you to sign a lease. My heater hasn't worked in 2 years. My old apt. The a/c didn't work. They wouldn't repair it. My sprinkler system leaks. Slow mantiance response. Hell it's a new mantiance person every month. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
