The whole place smells like weed and dog piss in the hallways 🤢. It reminds me a lot of douglas heights, except all these people are grown as all get out and still acting this way. Smh.
They are very unprofessional since taking over they claim they can’t find any paperwork including my security deposit. I had to call 3 times a day just to get in touch with someone. They have went up a couple hundred dollars on rent on apartments that haven’t even been newly renovated and the hallways smell like piss. I’m still trying to figure out how to get my refund
Terrible crime hotspot. Office complicit to criminal activity. I wouldn't trust the management to run a tap, let alone an apartment complex. Scary place to live. Dirty place to live. Go elsewhere.

If you are Pablo Escobar you may like this place. It's a drug filled hovel. Constant stench of drugs, random strangers turning up at all hours looking for their dealer(s). Avoid at all costs.
