Rovira Property Management is the WORST COMPANY ..they are receiving one star as there was no option to give them less. they bought out the property management company I used in St Cloud Florida this past year. Today is February 20th 2025 and they have FAILED to supply me with my 1099 for my taxes. Despite our asking for these papers for over a month . They have nothing but a bunch of BS excuses.
