I have asked several times for an explanation about questionable service and weeks later, I still have no answers. In fact, today the GM accused me of being more interested in reimbursement than resolution and not willing to make time to speak over the phone about the matter. Not true Roush Honda! My car was towed to Roush when the power steering light came on last week(6 days ago), I purchased it here and have had all of my service done here. It has the extended warranty and is under 100,000 miles. The diagnostic still has not been run and I was told in no uncertain terms they would ‘work it in’ when they could. I have seen service bulletins regarding the EPS on my car but they are taking their time to run the diagnostic like it doesn’t matter that I am without a car. My husband and I purchased a CRV on April 30, 19. The service we received was top notch! We were treated like family, catered to on every level, and treated with respect. My husband is an Iraq vet, and served 2 tours. We received a military incentive we didn't even have to ask for! Deanna, met us at the door to greet us, and make sure we were being taken care of. Exceptional customer service. After walking in, I was greeted with a smile & interest in getting to know me. I immediately felt comfortable and taken care of. I usually do not give reviews, but I was so blown away by the service & experience I had that I want to show Columbus the greatness of this dealership.
