Reached out about a used car. Scheduled a test drive. THEY reached out to me to verify I was coming. I took off work and drove 2 hours only to find out the car was sold days ago, but remarkably they had other, more expensive options for me to look at. This was after they reached out to me to come. This is a bait and switch dealership. If you see a good deal online, it doesn't exist. Do NOT waste your time with these people. It was easy to make an appointment and the service was great. The service advisor was honest and helpful explaining what my car needed. The expected wait time was accurate and they even washed my car. I recommend Planet Honda.
I found a nice CRV online for sale, interested, I emailed and asked for confirmation on price, once they determined I was an out of state buyer, they raised price by $1000 dollars!! Totally dishonest advertising

After making calling the sales department at Planet Honda I experienced the most aggressive response from them of any of the multiple dealerships I have contacted in the past few weeks. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer and drove home from downtown to Northwest suburbs! When I got home I could smell antifreeze very strong in the car! I reached out to the dealership sales person who did not respond right away and then she sent me off to a manager in training! Who would not return my calls until I was on my way there. This place is awful. They will lie to you and tell you your car needs extra unnecessary work/ maintenance. All I wanted was a simple Oil change. They ended up charging me $800 and wouldn’t let me get my car back for 2 days until it was pains in full. All they care about is them selfs and making commissions. I will never go back here. They are precessional liars. Worst place ever.
