My wife and I will never do any type of business with Lia Honda again. I recently purchased a new Accord, and my conversations with Lia personnel led me to believe that the feature I most wanted was included in the package that I ordered. Just leased a Honda Civic. Love, love, love my new car. Luke at Keeler Honda was the best. He made looking for a new vehicle fun, exciting and something to look forward to. He was very approachable. Professional but not intimidating. Keeler Honda is lucky to have Luke as a salesperson.
I just got rid of 2018 Honda CR-V so I feel I can write this. I bought it at La Fontaine Honda. At approximately 8,000 miles I took it in for an oil change and because on a recent trip the alerts on the dash started coming on. I was told they were waiting for an update for the computer. I was also told I had a leak in a tire and because it was AWD I would need to replace all 4 tires. Total incompetence of their finance department and even worse customer service. I bought a used car from them over a month ago. A week ago, I get a frantic text (how professional... ) that I needed to come in ASAP that night to resign new paperwork. It turns out that they forgot to turn in all the paperwork for my approved loan, and the bank sent it back to them. They needed the car back so they could "reset it" and redo the paperwork. They ripped me off. Watch out, read the fine print, and DON'T BUY THE EXTRA PROTECTION ITEMS THEY PUSH! It is a total scam. Honda is a great car..just buy it somewhere else unless you want to get cheated.
