Jeff Hape is fabulous! My recent experience with Roush Honda and Jeff was fabulous in every way. Dealership is clean, staff friendly and helpful and they work with you to get the right car at the right price for you. Highly recommend.
Visited Roush several times over the years. They have always been professional and very friendly. Just purchased a 2018 CRV from Roush and the experience was awesome. I believe this dealership is one of the best and my wife and I are both glad we decided to go with Roush for this purchase.
This is our third dealing with Roush, two pre-owned and now a brand new CR-V. The organization has always been class act, and this time was no different. Chris kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and even stayed late one evening just to get the paperwork started. Roush is on the other side of town, but the service makes the trip worth it. I won’t buy my Honda’s from anyone else.
I came to Richard Miller because a friend recommended him and I am sure glad he did! I went to another dealership the week prior to seeing Richard and it was an absolute horrifying experience to say the least. Richard impressed me so much with his knowledge and how he treats his customers. After my first experience with the other dealership, I was nervous but Richard and Will really made me feel comfortable and excited about buying a car and I will forever tell people to go to Roush. This was my first time purchasing a new car and also by myself. I went into the situation thinking this would be a long-winded and stressful experience. Instead, I was greeted by a warm salesman Chris Ticknor. He was personable, warm, and not the stereotypical caricature of a car salesman. He didn't pressure me into leasing or purchasing.
