This is the third strike for Roush-I was charged for an additional service that I didn’t approve, and they tried to blame it on me even when I had proof in text of what I approved. I couldn’t get a salesperson to call me back after meeting with him face to face and making three phone calls-so I ultimately went with Toyota. There was absolutely no pressure. Discussed which autos we were interested in. They simply asked what cars we were interested in and they gave us the keys to try out. No pressure and let the cars speak for themselves. Test drove both cars and landed on the CRV. No pressure to buy or purchase all the extras. They simply explained it all and let us decide.
