I bought my 03 Honda Element new from Roush in January of 2004. I have used the service department for many things over the years. My last visit was because my element which now has 374,000 miles on it was having issues with the vtech system. The person who I originally spoke with was great, and couldn’t believe the mileage on the car. The salesperson with whom we worked, Otis, was great. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and we really enjoyed spending time with him. This is the best car buying experience that my wife and I have ever had, we had other car appointments that we cancelled after meeting with Otis the first time.
