I paid off my Honda three years early and am entitled to a refund of the majority of the gap insurance I was charged for. After speaking with three people and leaving two messages over the past five days, I have yet to receive a call back. I love my CRV but now realize I was taken advantage of. They also push their “Certified Used Car” program which Is a wonderful benefit... until you realize you have to PAY for the certification they have already done. So approximately $3000 later... very nice people until they have no more... read more

I cannot say enough positive remarks about Roush Honda. I was a little nervous about going into my first lease agreement but Jeff Ward was so easy to work with. He was extremely patient and answered all of my questions. The whole process was just so easy, seamless and quick! I am so incredibly happy with my new 2020 Honda CR-V.
