Absolutely horrible customer service never been treated so bad as we have at roush for purchasing a car and service. We will no longer be loyal Honda owners due to roush

My wife and I recently purchased a certified used 2019 Honda CRV from Roush. Bottom line up front- Outstanding dealership. Excellent staff. Terrific products. My wife and I can't say enough 'great stuff' about the team at Roush. Our transaction was complex as we do not live in Ohio. This was an out of state purchase and we were transferring plates from an out of state car registration with associated sales tax complications, etc. But this did not 'phase' Roush.
