Roush has always been an incredible dealership. There are closer dealers and service centers to me, and even closer HONDA dealers and service centers. But I continue to return here for the communication, the service, the level of personal care and attention you receive here. There are car dealerships you don't want to leave you number and name for. There are car dealerships you don't want to risk buying the car from. This is a car dealership where you feel like inviting them into your home for dinner.
Our experience with Roush and more importantly our salesman, Lee Cohen, always has been very professional and very helpful. This is our 4th Honda at Roush and with Lee. We keep coming back to Roush because of the service we receive from Lee. He's just a good guy. If you're looking to purchase or lease a Honda go talk with Lee. You won't regret it!

I have never been more respected at a car dealership. Roush came highly recommended to me and I HIGHLY recommend them to others. Greatest car buying experience ever, from start to finish, sales to finance. If they are not they should be the #1 dealership in the State of Ohio. Shout out to Mike Brady - he had 4 different sales going at once and did a phenomenal job with all of us. Impressed by Roush as a whole is an understatement. I’ll never go to another dealership.

Rich Beard at Roush was so nice and helpful!! He really went the extra mile to call me back to tell me about a car I was looking for that hadn’t shown up at first. He and the crew worked with me to help me get the best deal and were all so nice and never made me feel like they were pushy (which is huge in this business). They were very clear and upfront with information and happy to answer any and all questions! 11/10 would HIGHLY recommend! Thanks Rich and crew! I went to Roush Budget Car Outlet and found my dream car! I called ahead and Rodney James became my Sales Consultant. Rodney knew what I was looking for and my price range. The 2011 Honda Fit, 5 speed, is perfect for me! Rodney was wonderful! He was so helpful in the steps in order for me to purchase my car. My experience with Angel was great! I had just come from the new car side and I was having an awful time on that side and when I came over to the used car side Angel was there to definitely guide me through the car buying process and he got me one of the best cars that I’ve ever driven!
