Update: Jeff and Tim from Roush reached out and agreed to meet with me to discuss this issue. They apologized and admitted the service adviser and manager were wrong and the sensor issue should have been covered under warranty. I appreciate their response and effort to regain my trust. Roush Honda had a great selection of the vehicle we were looking for so we could really shop for what we wanted, which made the process easy. The saleswoman, Jan Wilkins, was wonderful - informative, helpful and not pushy or high pressure. She let the vehicle sell itself.
